Attending the festival
In order to confirm your booking for TRIBALONDON you must bring either your letter of confirmation or a valid form of identification with you on the day(s) of the festival. Failure to do so may result in exclusion from the venue. Valid forms of identification include the debit/credit card used to pay the booking deposit, passport, driver's licence or other forms of photographic ID e.g. London Transport / national rail discount or NUS card. You agree to read all of the information that applies to each event you enroll for prior to attending it.
All workshops and performance showcases offered at TRIBALONDON are intended for people who are in robust health. Make sure you have completed your regular stretching routine before commencing a class or performance and, to reduce risk of injury, never force or strain yourself. Although we strive to provide a safe environment for all participants, you must accept the risk of injury or damage resulting from the execution or practice or techniques presented by teachers or performers at TRIBALONDON. BDSS, its officers, employees and agents hereby disclaim any liability or loss, to the extent permitted by law, in connection with any physical activity undertaken by participants in, and in connection with, the event.
In no event shall BDSS, its officers, employees and agents be liable for any special, indirect or consequential damage arising out of your access or use, or inability to use, the facilities and materials provided. You hereby waive, to the extent permitted by law, any and all claims against us and our agents arising out of your participation in the event attributable to negligence on your part or your breach of the terms contained in this section.
When attending TRIBALONDON please be aware that you are entering a venue where photography and video recording may occur. By entering the venue, you consent to your inclusion in photographs and/or video recordings made during the event and their subsequent use in newsreels, web casts, promotional material, advertising, and inclusion on websites operated by BDSS. By entering the venue you further waive all rights you may have to claims for royalties or other compensation in connection with BDSS's use of such material, and release BDSS from any obligation to seek your approval of any photo, video and/or audio recording used for the purposes described above. You release BDSS, its officers, employees and agents, from any liability arising in connection with the taking, recording, digitising and publication of photographs and video recordings made at TRIBALONDON.
BDSS and its agents reserve the right to refuse admission to the festival for any reason and may on occasion conduct security searches to ensure the safety of all attending.
BDSS reserves the right to amend or make alterations to the published details of the event as shall become necessary, without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets for individual events.
Under-16s are welcome at TRIBALONDON but must be accompanied by an adult at all times including workshops and the evening events.
BDSS cannot accept responsibility for the loss or damage of personal property brought into the venue. Please take extra care of your personal possessions during the event and do not leave bags or clothing unattended at any time.
Privacy statement
BDSS respects your privacy. Personal details obtained from you are used to ensure your registration is processed smoothly and will only be shared with carefully selected third parties involved in the registration process. The information that you provide us with, or that is gathered automatically, helps us to monitor our service and provide you with the services that you have subscribed to.
